Charges And Fees

Application, Reservation Fees, & Move In Specials

The following fees are due in full at the time of application and are required to reserve an apartment. Hacienda Club will accept payment by check, certified funds, or major credit card for all application and reservation fees.

Application Fee - $75 per adult:

This non-refundable fee is paid by each applicant for verification of information. Guarantor (Co-Signer) Application - $150.

Security Deposit:

Based on credit decision, up to one month’s rent.

Administrative Fee - Varies:

This non-refundable fee is required to offset expenses incurred by management. If the application is rejected by management, the administration fee will be refunded in full. If applicant cancels after 72 hours of submitting application, the administrative fee will be retained by management.

Move In Specials:

Move in specials are only applicable for new residents. If you have any questions please contact the leasing office.

Other One-time Fees

Other Fees needed to lease an apartment may include but are not limited to: Administrative Fees, Change Unit Fees, Non-refundable Pet Fees and Non-refundable Controlled Access Fees.

One Time Pet Fee:

(1st Pet) $300 (up to 25lbs.) $500 (over 26 lbs.)

Dog DNA:

$85 per dog

Monthly Recurring Charges

Hacienda Club will accept personal checks, certified funds or electronic ACH payments via the self-service Resident Portals.

Rent:

Variable per Lease Agreement.

Private Garages:

$250 per month.

Private Storage:

$75.00 per month.

Short Term Fee:

A fee for a lease term less than 12 months may apply. Please contact the Leasing Office for details as this offer may not be applicable at this location.

Monthly Pet Rent (if applicable):

$25-$75 per apartment, based on Pet Screening "Paw" rating.

Renter’s Insurance Required:
  • $100,000 Liability per Occurrence.
  • All leaseholders must be listed on the policy.
  • Pet damage required or $500 pet deposit in lieu pet damage (If applicable).
Monthly Water Varies:

Based on usage (sub-metered) Measured and billed based on the prevailing rates as established by the local municipality. Monthly charges will vary based on consumption and current rates and may contain other municipal fees.
